Research Into The UK Magazine Industry The whole magazine market has been turned on its head in recent decades due to the uprise of online media taking a massive role in the distribution of information in society, leading to the movement from magazines to newer online media sources which happen to be easier to run by means of being cheaper while other already institutions moved onto the online scene all together. As well as this movement to online media, the impact of the covid 19 pandemic also had massive effects on the magazine industry as this resulted in news agents and public sales stands not being able to distribute their products as usual damaging the industry further.
